Mr. Sergott joined NJR in 2006. As Vice President and Treasurer, he is responsible for NJR’s treasury and strategy functions, including resource allocation, liquidity, asset liability, financial planning and the continuous evaluation of investment and growth opportunities that support long-term growth objectives. Previously, he served as NJR’s Director of Corporate Development Finance and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Before joining NJR, Mr. Sergott worked as an independent financial consultant, as well as corporate finance manager and finance director at CDI Corp. and a senior financial analyst at Salomon Smith Barney and Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Sergott received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Lehigh University.
