Ms. Travaline joined New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) in October 2023. As Vice President of Customer Service, Marketing,  Energy Efficiency and Regulatory Affairs, she leads the development and execution of customer service, marketing, sales, energy efficiency and regulatory  strategies, that prioritize successful operation, compliance and the overall customer experience.

Prior to joining NJNG, Ms. Travaline spent nearly 20 years working in strategic and operational leadership in the energy industry. Over the course of her career, she developed extensive experience in customer operations, customer experience, corporate external relations, investor relations and corporate communications.

Ms. Travaline holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in public relations from Rowan University. She is a member of the AtlantiCare Health System Board of Trustees and serves as Vice Chair of the Finance Committee.
